Drink The Toxins Away

Every day we encounter toxins in many different ways. Whether it be in cosmetics we use, fragrances, our food, the air we breathe....every second of every day we spend our lives surrounded by toxins. These toxins burden our bodies and can also affect our health.

Drinking a healthy amount of water (approx. 2 litres a day is a rough estimate for the average adult) can help to flush out toxins and keep the body well hydrated. However, the water needs to be consumed steadily over the course of the day. Also be aware of other drinks that you consume which will add to your daily intake, such as tea.

As well as contributing to our health, water can improve concentration, the condition of our skin, and assist with symptoms which are associated with dehydration, such as constipation.

Why not make it your goal this year to up your water intake and in turn your health!
