Many people are too acidic, but why is that a problem?
Being too acidic affects your connective tissue, your cells, and the body’s ability to metabolize effectively, as well as contributing to a whole host of physical problems such as: constant fatigue, mouth ulcers, headaches, gastritis, acid regurgitation, leg cramps and spasms, recurring infections, and there is also research that suggests that Cancer cells thrive in and may even result from an acidic internal environment! (www.canceractive.com).
The body’s acid problem is exacerbated by todays modern diet; with acidifying elements such as proteins, cereals and sugars being consumed in great quantity, whilst alkalizing foods such as vegetables are becoming a smaller part of the daily diet.
The optimum pH for your body is 7.0, which is neutral. There are easy ways to test for and rectify your pH balance thus improving your health. For more information on testing please contact me. (My details can be found on page 1).
